Anderson Trophy – Mixed Pairs 2026

It was a cracking day for the Anderson Trophy 4BBB Mixed Pairs, with sunshine, a light breeze, and more smiles than missed putts (well, almost). We were especially lucky to have representatives from the Anderson family with us — Dale Dagg (James Anderson’s niece), Luke Meehan, and Kim and Darrell Hansen — keeping the spirit of the event alive and well.

And what a turnout! One of the best we’ve seen in years for a mixed pairs event. Plenty of the tried and true pairings showed up, but there were also a few fresh duos formed under the classic golf club call of: “Hey, have you got a cool chick to pair me up with?” Whoever that lucky lady was, we hope you not only scored a birdie but also cheep cheep cheeped your way to the prize table.

An outstanding effort from the whole field – 60 players in total and not a single two all day! (We’re calling it collective generosity… or maybe just a little too much time at the BBQ tent.)

All in all, a brilliant day — great weather, great company, and some cracking golf. Thanks again to everyone who made it such a success, especially our Anderson family guests for keeping the tradition strong.
