Another Thursday, another healthy dose of Stableford scoring at Queenstown Golf Club! There was plenty to celebrate today, with some cracking scores across the field, a generous helping of twos, and a very special milestone that deserves a huge round of applause.

Now for the big news of the day!

A massive congratulations to John Kennedy, who scored his very first hole-in-one on the 11th!

And here's the remarkable part: John has been playing golf for 61 years before finally getting that magical ace. Sixty-one years of golf, countless swings and putts, and now that moment every golfer dreams about!

They say patience is a virtue, and John has certainly demonstrated it. We hope you enjoyed every second of it, John — what a memory to add to the golfing scrapbook. The 11th will never look quite the same again!

Well Played, Everyone!

Congratulations to Bill on his Stableford win, all our prize winners, and especially John Kennedy on an unforgettable first hole-in-one after 61 years of playing.

Golf has a funny way of keeping us coming back — sometimes it's a great score, sometimes it's a lucky bounce, and sometimes it's a moment like John's that makes all those years worthwhile.

Here's to more good golf, great company and a few more magical moments at QGC!
