A chilly but cracking day on the course saw some tight scores, some tidy twos, and a few very satisfied flag-hunters. The greens held up, the banter was flowing, and a few performances deserved a spotlight – whether for brilliance or bold club selection.
Alson Foo Finds Form
Taking top spot today was Alson Foo, who cruised home with 40 Stableford points. That’s the kind of round where the putts drop, the bounces go your way, and the post-round stories practically write themselves. Well played!
Putt of the Day – Conor O'Boyle
Conor O'Boyle didn’t just finish third overall with 35 points – he also rolled in a monster on the 18th green to claim Longest Putt of the day. Word is it might’ve started back in Kingston and just never stopped tracking. A deserved $10 credit and a fine way to close out the round.
Nearest the Pin – Precision Off the Tee
Hole 11 was the day’s test of accuracy, and two sharp shooters walked away with bragging rights:
Nothing like a pure strike into a tucked pin to make up for a three-putt somewhere else.
