Divisional Medal Winners – All Class from Tee to Green

Each division served up some cracking golf, with these top ladies rising to the occasion and playing steady, stylish golf:

  • Silver Division:
Sharron Payne – 70 (and a side of chocolate, more on that below!)
    Lynda Hensman – 74
    Jeri Elliot – 74

  • Bronze 1:
    Marie Wilkinson – 74
    Jocelyn Davis – 75
    Carolyn McIsaac – 77

  • Bronze 2:
    Judith Mitchell – 72 – a standout round!
    Kay Shaw – 81
    Anne Paton – 81

  • Bronze 3:
    Beth Chisholm – 75
    Nan Mavor – 76
Ann McDowell – 78 – with a Net Eagle bonus!

Every one of you played like pros – and hopefully celebrated like pirates.

Putting Queens

They say drive for show and putt for dough, and these four proved that tidy work on the greens pays off:

  • Div 1: Jeri Elliot

  • Div 2: Jocelyn Davis

  • Div 3: Judith Mitchell

  • Div 4: Ann McDowell

The holes didn’t stand a chance. We suspect some of these ladies might’ve been rolling bowling balls out there.

Birdie Blitz & Nearest the Pin Wizardry

Hole 11 was the hot zone again this week:

  • Cheli Larsen, Heather Atkinson, and Kayleigh Woodings all carded twos – and each walked away $10 richer, these ladies also winning the Birdie Draw and taking home an extra $10 each.

Not to be outdone:

  • Karen Mitchell and Kayleigh Woodings took home a Nearest the Pin prize on 11.

Lone Eagle Lands – Ann McDowell’s Moment

No flocks needed here – Ann McDowell flew solo with the only Net Eagle of the day, landing it on Hole 7 and picking up a $30 payday for her efforts. Classy stuff, Ann – no feathers ruffled, just fairways found.

Sweet Swing & Sweet Treat – Chocolate Day Winner!

In honour of International Chocolate Day, we ran a cheeky Lucky Random Card Draw… and the winner was none other than our Silver Medal champ:

Sharron Payne – who took home a box of Favourites! (We’re assuming she shared... but we’re also realistic.)

9-Hole Highlights – Rooneys & Roll-Ins

Our 9-hole crew kept the vibes high:

  • Carolyn Rooney claimed the win and $10 prize, proof that steady golf always pays off.

  • Ella Wilson took home Longest Putt on Hole 9, likely with a cheeky grin to go with it.

Final Words

An absolutely brilliant day of golf, laughter, and sweet little wins – both on-course and in the chocolate aisle. Well done to all our winners, and to everyone who joined us today – your swing (and sass) made it all the better.

See you next round!
