Thursday's 9 Hole Stableford became another race against the weather gods, with dark clouds threatening to spoil proceedings for much of the afternoon. Fortunately, the golfers came out on top once again, with almost everyone safely back in the clubhouse before the rain really had its say. Another victory for good timing!

Making the most of the dry conditions was Peter Adam, whose rich vein of form shows absolutely no signs of slowing down. Fresh off another string of impressive performances, Peter added yet another victory to his growing collection, carding an excellent 21 Stableford points. Whatever he's found lately, the rest of the Thursday field would love a bottle of it.

Hot on Peter's heels was Chef Rodney Clay, who clearly hadn't forgotten how to play golf despite spending the past week working off-site. Rodney returned to the course and immediately served up a quality 20-point round to claim second place. It seems a week away from the course was all the preparation he needed!

Ron Carter and Neil Templeton shared third place on 19 points, while Russell Thoms and Jaydee Oh rounded out the prize winners after another tightly contested Thursday competition. As pictured above, a sticky situation derailed Julie Grant's charge up the leaderboard as she finished a shot outside the prizes. According to reports, not even Julie's "tree" wood could extract her from this lie.
