Sunday brought us a slightly different challenge with Hidden Holes – Net, where players had to putt out on every hole. And as always, golf proved itself to be a great leveller!

One day you're walking off the 18th wondering whether you should take up fishing instead, and the next you're putting together a round that has your playing partners questioning everything they thought they knew about the game. No matter your handicap, the course has a way of keeping everyone humble… and occasionally making you look like an absolute superstar!

Hidden Holes – Net Prize Winners

1st — Kay Shaw — 43 — $35

2nd — James Ward — 45 — $27

3rd — John Consitt — 46 — $22

4th — Craig Scholes — 46 — $22

5th — Whetu Luna — 47 — $15

6th — Jeri Elliot — 48 — $11

7th — James Berryman — 48 — $11

A big congratulations to Kay Shaw, who took out the win with a net 43 — a very tidy effort in a format where you had to keep your wits about you right to the last putt!

And well done to all our prize winners. Whether you were reading the greens like a book or simply hoping the ball would find its way home, today's format certainly kept things interesting.

Another Sunday reminder that golf can humble the best of us — but every now and then, it lets you feel like an absolute champion!
